Tourism Sector is supported by easy accessibility of Maratua International, Airport from New Capital City with distance 1 hour by plane. As a result it might trigger the visit from VIP country’s guest to Maratua Island. Unfortunately, The mindset of local do not consider tourism as their economic resoure because of its lack participation and the local feel not belong to it (Dwi, 2015). In the other hand, the increasing number or visitor prosper the foreign er as the hospitality de-veloper, yet affect to the psyho-social of local and sue the sustaiable tourism (Ilham Junaidi, Man-syur, Andi 2020).
